Easygoing Pre-Wedding Session at Queen’s Park Savannah

When Aliya and John booked their pre-wedding session, they wanted to make sure they felt comfortable in front of the camera before their big day. A pre-wedding photoshoot is more than just a chance for beautiful photos. It’s an opportunity to get comfortable with your photographer, try out hair and makeup, and even get some great shots for your wedding invites! This session allowed us to create that relaxed connection so that on the wedding day, they won’t have to think twice about how to pose or where to look!

Queen’s Park Savannah | The Perfect Location

Originally, we planned to shoot somewhere else, but when the weather and traffic threw us a curveball, we made a last-minute switch to Queen’s Park Savannah in Port of Spain. It turned out to be the perfect spot! The vast, open fields and lush greenery gave us the exact mix of beauty and space we needed. It’s such a hidden gem for photoshoots, and I’m surprised it isn’t used more often! The greenery contrasted beautifully with Aliya’s flowy dress.Their free spirits and infectious smiles made every frame come alive!

Aliya and John’s fun, carefree energy made this session so special. They laughed, danced, and truly enjoyed the moment. This is why a pre-wedding shoot is so valuable—it gives couples a chance to loosen up in front of the camera and become familiar with how I work. By the end of the session, they felt at ease, knowing the big day would feel just as comfortable and fun.
